Initial Consultation: If you are preparing for your initial consultation, please print the following documents, read and sign them prior to arriving at our office. Please bring the original signed documents and we will provide a copy to you. Click here (pdf).
Pre-Bankruptcy Credit Counseling: You are required to complete a Credit Counseling Course prior to filing bankruptcy. Our office can make arrangements to set up the class on your behalf. The fee for the Credit Counseling Course through our office is $50 for an individual or $75 for a married couple, and must be pre-paid. You can also find providers of the course here; however, each provider may have a different fee schedule.
Document Checklist: You can find a checklist of the documents our office will need in order to prepare your case here (pdf). Please make copies of all documents on the checklist, as our office does not accept originals.
Workbook: Upon request, a bankruptcy workbook can be emailed to you in pdf format.
Prior to Receiving Your Discharge: You are required to complete a Financial Management Course in order to receive your discharge. You will find providers of the Course here.
